"In general, dynamic markings have been taken from the first edition, even when the same dynamics are repeated several times in quick succession. These repetitions usually have the character of insistence or, in the case of multiple [forte], of a kind of accentuation of each new entry.
Missing articulation and dynamics in parallel passages have been partly added. For better readability, some cautionary accidentals have been added. However, an attempt has been made not to overload the musical text and to retain as close as possible to the first edition." -
